Wine & Yoga in the Garden

Find peace, discover your inner balance, and enjoy with all your senses.

Under this motto, we invite you, together with Lisa Kast – Flowing Intuition, to an energetic yoga wine tasting that combines both worlds and unites body and mind.

After a light aperitif in our courtyard, we will head to the lawn of our beautiful garden for a 70-minute yoga session. After activating the body, we then focus on the mind and senses and taste four wines during a tour of our historic wine cellar. The event will conclude with healthy soul food from the Jou Jou restaurant in Leistadt in our garden, providing an opportunity for discussion and relaxation.
