Aromas of white nougat and salted caramel delight the nose, followed by herbaceous, ethereal notes of lovage and tarragon. Ripe Boskop apple and dried apricot with a hint of floral freshness from lime blossoms round out the opulent nose.

A selective hand harvest of all the best grapes is the basis for this classic cuvée of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The fermentation of the base wine in 500l Tonneaux barrels followed by a traditional bottle fermentation on the full lees for more than seven years, creating a unique sparkling wine for special moments.
