Exclusive grape harvest barbecue 2025

Experience an exclusive grape harvest barbecue with us at Forster Ungeheuer.

The event kicks off with an aperitif at the winery. This is followed by a hike through the Deidesheim and Forst vineyards, including wine tasting, which leads to the barbecue area at Forster Freundstück, where a light snack will be provided. At around 4 p.m., the Riesling harvest will begin under the guidance of our outdoor operations manager Christian Bohmüller and his team at Forster Ungeheuer. From around 6 p.m., there will be a barbecue at Forster Freundstück.

Contribute to bringing our Grand Cru, from our absolute top vineyard Forster Ungeheuer, “to the wine press.”

Approximate schedule:
▶️2:00 p.m. – Aperitif at the winery
▶️2:15 p.m. – Hike through the Deidesheim and Forster vineyards with tasting
▶️3:30 p.m. – Arrival at our barbecue area in Forster Freundstück with a small snack
▶️4:00 p.m. – Riesling harvest under the guidance of our outdoor operations manager Christian Bohmüller and his team in Forster Ungeheuer
▶️6:00 p.m. – Barbecue in the vineyard
▶️7:30 p.m. – Official end of the event
