Like often Jesuitengarten shows an intense fruit concentration - the elegance of this GG comes from the finely integrated acidity and vivid minerality. Delicate exoticism, slight floral hints, perfectly balanced with a wonderful mellowness.

Soil:
Jesuitengarten differs from Kirchenstück only by a slightly higher concentration of basalt. The more exposed vineyard allows cool air to pass through on warm summer evenings helping to keep the acidity in the grapes more pronounced than in Kirchenstück.
