2021 Riesling Réserve dry

Our Edition Réserve is characterized by a more rigorous selection of the best organic quality grapes, small yields, as well as a much longer aging period both in bottles and in wooden barrels.

Our Riesling Reserve was aged for several months in a 2,400-liter double barrel on full yeast. A full-bodied Riesling from the best sites, here not as a single location, but in a cuvée that combines the different facets of Buhl‘s vineyards. It impresses with smoky minerality and a hint of yellow exoticism from mango and papaya. Very dry, stimulating yet balanced for good aging potential.
