2021 FREUNDSTÜCK Riesling GG

The Freundstück is directly adjacent to the much more well-known Kirchenstück, it also has a fi rst-class soil and is a „grand cru“ in every respect. The 2021 vintage presents itself distinctly fragrant, with a hint of yellow exotic notes and a lot of basalt minerality - very classic Forst.

Soil:
Red sandstone is paired with some limestone boulders and a hint of basalt on the surface. The smallest of the Forst sites is located directly on the edge of town between Kirchenstück and Ungeheuer.
