2023 Riesling Réserve dry

Our Edition Réserve is distinguished by the rigorous selection of high-quality organic grapes, reduced yields, and an extended maturation period in wooden barrels.

Our Riesling Reserve was matured for several months on full lees in one 2,400-liter Doppelstück cask and two 500l Tonneaux. This racy Riesling, sourced from our finest vineyards especially in Forst, is not presented as a single-vineyard wine, but rather as a cuvée that unites the diverse terroirs of the Buhl estate. Characteristic of the vintage, it impresses with beautifully defined yellow fruit, ripe pear, and yellow stone fruit. Dry, vibrant, and well-balanced with excellent aging potential.
