2021 JESUITENGARTEN Riesling GG

The second-highest rated location of Palatine in the Bavarian site classification from 1828. Like often Jesuitengarten shows an intense fruit concentration - the elegance of this GG comes from the finely integrated acidity and vivid minerality. Delicate exoticism, light peppery spice, perfectly balanced.

Soil:
Jesuitengarten differs from Kirchenstück only by a slightly higher concentration of basalt. The more exposed vineyard allows cool air to pass through on warm summer evenings helping to keep the acidity in the grapes more pronounced than in Kirchenstück.
