Our Edition Réserve is characterized by a more rigorous selection of the best organic quality grapes, small yields, as well as a much longer aging period both in bottles and in wooden barrels.

A full-bodied Chardonnay of Burgundian character. On the nose, ripe pear, and Mirabelle plum, along with subtle toasty aromas and a hint of vanilla. On the palate incredible melting and velvety acidity with extraordinary length. Our tip: Be sure to decant for even more radiance.
