Reichsrat von Buhl Blanc de Blancs Prestige brut

Our new Prestige sparkling wine “Blanc de Blancs” brut. The long yeast ageing brings the typical brioche notes followed by fine roasted aromas to the front along with the delicate almond notes typical of this variety. Fruity citrus aromas, hints of honeydew melon and a touch of elderflower.

Beginning with selective hand harvest grapes from the very best Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, followed by a fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel tanks and in used 500l Tonneaux barrels finishing with a traditional bottle fermentation on the full yeast for 70 months.

Will develop magnificently over the next 10 years, so don’t be afraid to give it a little more time - in your cellar or in the glass.
