The delicate Rosé color already indicates that this astounding sparkling wine was disgorged without dosage (and definitely not with a red wine dosage) but rather completely pure 100% Pinot Noir from a traditional bottle fermentation. On the nose cantaloupe melon, quince, rosehip and the typical brioche aromas found in long yeast ageing. Exceptionally creamy with a fine elegant bubbly texture paired seamlessly with a clear acidic structure and long lasting finish.

To create this impressive Prestige sparkling wine we use only the very best hand-harvested organic Pinot Noir grapes, all from our own vineyards. Over the past few years, we at Reichsrat von Buhl, have created our own style of sparkling wines and have been able to achieve an inspiring level of quality that has set new standards.
