Bone Dry Rosé bundle

Rosé is a matter of the heart for us. Therefore, we don‘t have the widespread „Saignée“ and Rosé as a by-product of red wine vinification. For us rosé is always a main independent product. The grapes are destemmed and remain on the mash for 8-14 hours. After that they are gently pressed and everything becomes Rosé! Fermentation and maturation partially in stainless steel and used barrique barrels. Oh and hardly any residual sugar. #drywinesforsweetpeople
