2021 Von Buhl Pinot Gris brut

A classically fruity Pinot Gris nose of Mirabelle plum and Williams-Christ pear melds with nutty aromas and subtle hints of yeast. Gooseberry and physalis give the sparkling wine a touch of tropical freshness. Thanks to the mild
acidity, it unfolds a flattering and velvety mouthfeel, while the lively perlage and low dosage ensure animating drinking. A typical „Buhl‘sches Brut“.

Over the past few years, we at Reichsrat von Buhl have created our own style in the sparkling wine segment and have been able to achieve an inspiring level of quality that sets standards. It remains our ambition to constantly improve and further develop this level. In this endeavor, we are always
breaking new ground and are proud to present our fi rst Pinot Gris sparkling wine. The grapes for this sparkling wine are selectively hand harvested. The fermentation and aging is mostly done in stainless steel tanks with a small portion from Tonneaux barrels. This is, our course, followed by traditional
bottle fermentation on full lees for 24 months.
