Our Kieselberg Riesling brut impressively demonstrates the finesse that Riesling sparkling wine can offer. Fruity aromas dominate the nose — grapefruit and mandarin, along with red apple and a hint of white pepper. Pure elegance on the palate: ripe pear combined with kumquats creates an appealing interplay between moderate acidity and stimulating tart notes. Despite over 6 bar pressure in the bottle, the Kieselberg displays an exceptionally delicate and fine perlage, which brings out the character of the wine even better.
