Wine & Yoga in the Vineyard

Together with Lisa Kast - Flowing Intuition - we invite you to a holistic experience of movement, activation, and enjoyment.

After an aperitif in our courtyard, we set off on a vineyard hike through the Deidesheim and Forst vineyards, combining exercise and enjoyment in perfect harmony. At two stops during the hike, we will taste wine paired with light, regional finger food from the Jou Jou restaurant in Leistadt, followed by gentle but powerful exercises to activate body and mind. At the end of our hike, a picturesque spot in the middle of the Forster Freundstück forest, we will once again devote ourselves to the topic of yoga and enjoyment.
