2016 FREUNDSTÜCK Riesling GG - Magnum

Directly adjacent to the better known Kirchenstück, Freundstück has first-class soil and is an exceptional VDP.Grosses Gewächs in every respect. The only of our GGs to be left on full lees in a until July 2018. Similar to the 2015 vintage, it is one of our most Burgundy like GG’s.

Soil:
Red sandstone is paired with some limestone boulders and a hint of basalt on the surface. The smallest of the Forst sites is located directly on the edge of town between Kirchenstück and Ungeheuer.
