2014 Von Buhl Riesling Auslese

The characteristics of the Auslese are larity, lightness and concentration to the grape variety. Even in the vintage 2014 we had best conditions for a great Auslese, that presents highly concentrated fruit aromas and that gives the wine a wonderful freshness with an incredibly lively acidity despite the high residal sugar.

In the early 20th centruy the people already drank noble sweet wines to oysters. Today the wines are ideal for an aperitif and to desserts or festive meals. But also without culinary accompaniment the wines are really a happening. With the years and in good storage noble sweet wines develop a nuanced flavor intensity, which can not be reached by an other drink.
